Marianna Hovsepyan is a researcher in the Optical Communications (OptCom) research group at Politecnico di Torino.

Marianna Hovsepyan was born in Artashat, Armenia, in 1991. She received her B.Sc. degree in September of 2012 and M.Sc. degree in October 2014 both in Radioengineering and Communications from State Engineering University of Armenia, Yerevan, Armenia. From August 2014 up to August 2016 she worked at Orange Armenia CJSC telecommunications company in the department of technical assistance. In Janiuary 2017, she joined the OptCom group of Politecnico di Torino as a researcher and working on SDMsim: Spatial Division Multiplexing simulator for multi-core fibers.
